3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

When registering with e3bet, you must provide your correct name, a valid email address, and contact information. Registering with false information risks account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Password and Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, notify our support team immediately. e3bet will not be responsible for failures in account security.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. e3bet also reserves the right to close or suspend any account without notice in the event of a breach of terms.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used to deposit funds into e3bet. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please notify our support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Delays may occur if a verification process is ongoing or if terms need to be reviewed.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, e3bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend it for investigation. If a transaction is found to be linked to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity, the account and all funds will be forfeited and the relevant authorities will be notified.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 120% bonus up to a maximum of ৳15,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x, meaning the total bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the offer's terms explicitly permit it.
  • Transferring bonus funds to another account is prohibited.
  • e3bet reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from that bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The e3bet VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Bronze members enjoy up to 0.2% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.4%, Gold members up to 0.6%, and Platinum members up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Progression to higher tiers is determined through activity on the platform.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the e3bet platform are considered final unless declared void due to a technical error or other valid reason. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of any game is affected by a server error, connectivity issue, or software fault, e3bet will take reasonable steps to address it. In the event of a technical error, e3bet reserves the right to void bets and return the staked amount.

6.3 Collusion and Fraud

Collusion with other players, software hacking, use of bots, or any other form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all winnings forfeited.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

e3bet places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gambling is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems.

10 Dispute Resolution

If the issue is not resolved through the support team, it will be escalated to e3bet's senior review team. The decision will be considered final and binding on both parties.

Any legal matters relating to this Agreement will be governed by the applicable laws and jurisdiction.

11 Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content published on the e3bet website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of e3bet. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

12 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e3bet platform:

  • Gaming through bots, scripts, or automated software.
  • Collusion or coordinating with other users.
  • Operating multiple accounts for the same person.

13 Changes to Terms
